Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age
About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Activities Team Member and help deliver memories that last a lifetime to our guests and owners. If you’re enthusiastic, outgoing, and love creating unforgettable moments in an active, outdoor environment, this role is ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, operation, and takedown of daily activities, ensuring safety and readiness for guests. -Engage with guests of all ages, providing guidance, encouragement, and a friendly presence during activities.
- Deliver safety briefings and ensure guests understand equipment use per park guidelines.
- Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery, and other activities, offering tips and encouragement.
- Maintain activity areas—keeping them clean, organised, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Report any equipment or safety issues to the relevant leadership team.

Requirements
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for outdoor and physical activities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
- A high commitment to safety, enforcing all security protocols.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in similar activities, sports, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
⚠ Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successfully complete an Enhanced DBS check before starting.
