Activities Coordinator – Cherry Blossom Care Home (Allegra Care)
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
Pay: £13.20 per hour

We’re looking for a creative, passionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Cherry Blossom Care Home. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with residents, families, and the wider community to deliver engaging activities that support both physical and mental health.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver a variety of activities that enrich residents’ lives
- Encourage hobbies, interests, and new experiences
- Organise events and outings, managing schedules and budgets
- Share stories and moments that celebrate life in our home
About You
- A natural people person with strong organisational skills
- Experience in a similar role (care home experience preferred)
- Creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Excellent communication and planning skills
