We are looking for an Activity Leader to join our team.
As an Activity Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in enriching our students' experience beyond the classroom. You will be responsible for organising and leading a variety of engaging activities and excursions that complement our language programmes and provide valuable cultural insights. Whether it's exploring Cambridge's iconic landmarks, taking students punting or bowling, or delivering a range of creative in-house activities, you will ensure our students have unforgettable experiences that enhance their language learning journey. You may be required to work evening and weekends.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or language learning sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language learning goals.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
What We Do

This role involves working with learners who are under 18 years old and are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
