- Learn and Grow: Rotate through three core actuarial teams—Reserving, Capital Management, and Pricing—gaining practical experience and a broad understanding of how actuarial work drives our business
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues across the business, building relationships and learning from a diverse range of perspectives
- Develop Skills: Access structured learning, on-the-job training, and resources such as LinkedIn Learning to support your personal and professional growth
- Be Supported: Receive guidance from your team, the Early Careers team, and a dedicated Grad Buddy to help you succeed

Your Rotations
During the programme, you’ll complete three rotations:
- Reserving: Help ensure we have the right funds set aside for future claims by building and improving reserving models, analysing risks, and communicating insights to stakeholders
- Capital Management: Support business decisions by producing risk profiles, contributing to capital modelling, and providing analysis that informs strategy and regulatory requirements
- Pricing: Work with large data sets to develop pricing models, support underwriters, and provide analytical insights that drive profitable growth across our business units.
Each rotation is designed to give you a well-rounded foundation for your future career in actuarial science.

Requirements
- 2:1 (predicted or obtained) in a numerate degree discipline (UK or international equivalent)
- Fluent business English
- Permission to work in the UK
