Clarence George is partnered with a leading global consulting firm seeking an Associate or Engagement Manager to join its growing Insurance Finance & Risk team. Operating at the C-suite level, you'll advise leading insurers on high-profile strategic, regulatory, and transformation engagements, taking ownership of client workstreams across Solvency II, IFRS 17, Internal Models, model development, and wider finance and risk transformation.

Requirements

  • Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent) or CFA Charterholder.
  • 4-8 years' experience within insurance consulting or a relevant Life insurance role.
  • Proven delivery and project management experience, with the ability to lead workstreams independently.
  • Experience across Solvency II, IFRS 17, Internal Models, and model development.
  • Excellent academic background with a strong track record of career progression.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting experience is preferred, although exceptional industry candidates will be considered.
