About the Role
As ACUVUE Account Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth and product adoption for independent opticians, regional chains, and national retailers in the Milton Keynes/Northampton territories.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management:
- Develop tailored engagement plans leveraging sales data and insights.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical and commercial knowledge of ACUVUE® portfolio (product expertise assessments required).

Revenue Growth & Partnership Building:
- Convince eye care practitioners of the clinical and commercial superiority of ACUVUE® products.
- Resolve queries, build long-term partnerships, and achieve territory business goals.
- Monitor sales performance (weekly, monthly, annual) through CRM tools.

Channel & Marketing Execution:
- Implement marketing initiatives and product launches aligned with company priorities.
- Collaborate with key customers on mutually beneficial growth activities within budget limits.

Industry & Competency Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
- Report insights to the wider organisation for strategic decision-making.

Representation & Networking:
- Attend regional/national sales meetings, clinical conferences, and customer events (evenings/weekends).
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven externally facing sales experience in a customer-centric role.
- Strong track record of achieving targets with a persuasive mindset.
- Demonstrable leadership skills:
- Influence, negotiation, and inspirational communication in 1:1 and large-group settings.
- Ability to build sustainable business relationships requiring independence, self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

- Optical industry knowledge (significant plus).
