A&D Account Manager

Overview Humanscale offers our A&D Representatives the opportunity to leverage existing and build new relationships with the A&D community in their region. Our award-winning products change the way people think about work - this is more than a sales job. Humanscale focuses on innovation, sustainability and great design, allowing our Representatives to promote premier products that improve human health, comfort and wellbeing. Responsibilities Build brand and product awareness within the design community. Profile all target A&D firms and prepare and execute an Account Development Plan (Business Plan) for each, with a clear set of sales objectives and goals. Maintain and nurture relationships within the target firms at all levels. Record and maintain on CRM all key contacts within the target A&D firms. Maintain a strong understanding of all Humanscale products. Train and educate designers on ergonomic workplace solutions for their projects. Present educational talks to A&D firms to ensure we are top of mind, i.e. sustainability. Utilize resources, i.e., design resources and team resources; CEO, CSO, Product Managers. Identify, qualify and record on CRM all project activity at the A&D firms early in the design process. Communicate project activity in team strategy sessions to ensure appropriate design firm actions. Drive product specifications through A&D firms and manage until the order is secured. Effectively partner with other Humanscale sales channels to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Attend and coordinate industry events and seminars to build the Humanscale brand. Plan, coordinate and execute events to build the Humanscale brand and entertain A&D clients - in line with marketing plan and budgets.
