Role description
At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for an ADAS Asset Support Lead to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon.
Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.
Role Summary:
This will be an on-site, hands on role and will ideally suit a highly driven and methodical structured individual with proven ability to influence and lead people in an energetic & tenacious manner to drive delivery in support of business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily meetings to manage the availability & uptime of ADAS test vehicles.
- Take away actions for the Integration Group, EO or Customer Experience groups in order to get resolution.
- Ensure vehicle issues found have a valid SIMS (debug) ticket raised and has the correct ‘tags’ for it to be triaged.
- Ensure planned tasks are documented in JIRA, measured and executed on time and any roadblocks are pushed.
- Review of key KPI dashboards (Vehicle status, key issues, fix points, vehicle plans) on a twice daily basis.
- Coaching of all key PO, SM and lead engineers for any failing in process execution of the above.
- Manage Vehicle update and uplift priorities with key CE, NV and Integration leads. Work with EO to ensure these are planned correctly.
- Use KPI and Confluence to monitor fleet for issues (3 times daily) that require urgent action – Internal Integration support / EO support etc and ensure this support moves immediately.

Other duties:
- Join & lead daily meetings to manage the availability & uptime of ADAS test rigs and ensure the rigs are suitably ready for Test execution.
- Take away actions for the Integration Group, Test Platform, Asset development or Customer Experience groups in order to get resolution.
- Work with CE groups to pull Test procedures and test scenario’s that require urgent execution – translate this to any rig requirement and enact.
- Ensure rig issues found have a valid SIMS (debug) ticket raised and has the correct ‘tags’ for it to be triaged.
- Ensure planned tasks are documented in JIRA, measured and executed on time and any roadblocks are pushed.
- Review of key KPI dashboards (Asset status, key issues, fix points) on a daily basis.
- Work with External interfacing management team (Sean T, Abrar S, Phillip S) to ensure group performance is delivered to Senior forums in the correct format, is accurate and is understandable.

- Strong IT skills with significant experience and practical knowledge of integrating components into vehicles.
