Role description

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for an ADAS Release Support Lead to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.

Role Summary

This will be an on-site, hands on role and will ideally suit a highly driven and methodical structured individual with proven ability to problem solve. The successful candidate will need to be an energetic & meticulous individual who can drive delivery in support of business needs in the daily drumbeat of activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Running drumbeats for daily testing leading to releases
  • Leading the test activities each day to achieve the test plans
  • Utilising an understanding of CRETA calibration deployment and integration into vehicle builds
  • Co-ordinating the required test activities in line with the build and release plans
  • Aligning the test and IP configurations between LKG, Golden Fleet and Fleet
  • Ensuring issues found have a valid SIMS (debug) ticket raised and has the correct ‘tags’ for it to be triaged
  • Ensuring planned tasks are documented in JIRA, measured and executed on time and any roadblocks are pushed.
  • Feeding back each day on all activities and progress, using test data, vehicle data and SIMs

Required Skills & Experience

  • Valid drivers license and vehicle to be able to provide hand’s on support to the team and validate the IP on the receiving customer (CSI)
  • Ideally a knowledge of Linux, Corvus, CRETA and SW Deployment methods
  • Strong IT skills with significant experience and practical knowledge of integrating components into vehicles with some system problem solving
