Addictions Therapist - Accredited

Accredited Addictions Therapist – Full-Time (37.5 Hours)

Department

Allied Health Professionals and Psychology

Location

Priory Eden House, Mill Hill, North London

Compensation

  • Accredited salary: £39,140 – £45,320 per year
  • Unaccredited salary: £32,000 – £39,000 per year

About the Role

Priory Eden House is seeking an Accredited Addictions Therapist to join their team. Part of the Priory Group, Eden House is an 18-bed residential service in North London specialising in treatment for substance misuse and addictive behaviours.

This role supports Flourish, a therapy-led addiction programme offering structured, non-medical treatment in a homely, supportive environment. It’s suited for individuals who need psychological intervention, relapse prevention, and practical recovery skills rather than medical detoxification.

Your Responsibilities

In this therapeutic role, you’ll:

  • Deliver daily group sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and recovery-focused activities in a non-medical setting
  • Provide evidence-based assessment, therapy, and intervention for clients with substance misuse or addictive behaviours
  • Design individual and group treatment plans with a person-centred approach to promote long-term recovery
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical records, risk assessments, and care plans
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
