Key Responsibilities
We create person-centred support plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences. These may include:
- Engaging the individual in local community activities like walks
- Organising trips to parks and recreational facilities
- Supporting attendance at swimming sessions or the cinema
- Facilitating interaction in voluntary work roles
Working Patterns
We offer flexible schedules through our Worksearch app, allowing you to book shifts that fit your lifestyle. Options include:
