About the programme

The Neurodiversity Practitioner Placement Programme is a structured three-month placement programme designed to support the development of future neurodiversity practitioners and help bridge the gap between formal training and real-world clinical practice.

The programme has been built to provide practitioners with valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, supervision, and clinical development within specialist ADHD and neurodevelopmental services. Our aim is that by the end of the programme, practitioners feel more confident, clinically competent, and fully equipped to continue building a successful long-term career within neurodevelopmental care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Mentorship From Leading Experts

Practitioners will receive support and guidance from consultant psychiatrists, experienced clinicians, and academic lecturers, including Dr Mudasir Nazir, Honorary Lecturer at Imperial College London and one of the leading consultant psychiatrists within neurodevelopmental care.

Supervision & Clinical Development

Supervision is another key pillar of the programme and is designed to help practitioners continue developing their confidence, clinical expertise, and professional understanding throughout the placement.

Clinical Sign-Off & Professional Development

At the end of the three-month programme, practitioners will receive a clinical sign-off from their mentor and supervising clinician as part of their professional development journey.

Flexible & Practitioner Focused

We understand that many practitioners already have existing professional and personal commitments. The placement programme has therefore been designed to be flexible and supportive, allowing practitioners to complete the programme alongside their current work and responsibilities.

The aim is for practitioners to gradually build competencies, gain supervised clinical experience, and work with patients throughout the three-month placement within flexible ADHD services and mentorship structures.
