About Psicon
Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we support wholeheartedly. Psicon is dedicated to offering the highest standard of psychological support and healthcare, using an innovative approach to service delivery.
About The Roles
We are looking for skilled medical administrators to join our ADHD Service. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our “Meet the Team” recruitment events at our Burgate Operations Centre in either July or August (minimum 3-hour attendance required).
Specific Responsibilities
- Monitor daily ADHD medication review caseload and administrative workload across all age groups based on need.
- Detect appointment gaps, missed checks, and non-compliance paths, escalating priorities to the ADHD team lead when necessary.
- Ensure sufficient prescription slots by tracking requests and organising cover for clinician absences or sick leave.
- Identify mismatched data (e.g., incorrect ages or patients outside the service area) and redirect care appropriately.
- Monitor and resolve clinicians’ pending discharge lists, liaising with relevant parties to conclude outstanding cases.

- Proven experience in customer-focused administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and judgement skills when managing complex or sensitive situations.
- Successful Track record of meeting KPIs, tight deadlines, and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
- Commitment to excellence in service delivery and high standards of client care.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to foster productive working relationships with colleagues across the team.
The role is hybrid (3/2 split: office/work from home) with a 37.5-hour contract, core hours of 09:00–17:00, based in Canterbury city centre (no onsite parking available).
