About the Role
We are looking for skilled Medical Administrators to join our ADHD Service. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our "Meet the Team" recruitment events at our Burgate Operations Centre in either July or August (minimum 3-hour attendance required).
Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of the ADHD medication review caseload and administration of ADHD caseload across the lifespan, based on need.
- Monitoring for:
- Appointment gaps
- Missed cash-ups (financial/case updates)
- Other care pathway issues
- Disseminating priorities to the wider team, where necessary, in conjunction with the ADHD Team Lead.
- Monitoring prescription requests to ensure adequate writing slots and organising cover during clinician absence or sickness.
- Identifying and managing:
- Patients in the wrong age or out-of-area, ensuring their care is transferred appropriately.
- Clients awaiting discharge from a clinician, liaising with them to complete the process.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-focused administration role.
- Excellent interpersonal and judgement skills.
- Experience of working to KPI targets and tight deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
- Commitment to delivering top-quality service and achieving high standards of client care.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining productive professional relationships with colleagues.
The Working Arrangement
Based in Canterbury, Kent (please note: no onsite parking available). Core hours: 09:00–17:00 Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home (37.5-hour contract).
