ADHD Nurse Prescriber

ADHD Nurse Prescriber – Remote (Canterbury/Basingstoke)

Internal – 37.5 Hours Per Week – United Kingdom

About Us

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and healthcare available. We take an innovative approach to the delivery of our services and ensure that they are of the highest standards in the industry.

About The Role

Psicon is seeking ADHD Nurse Prescribers to support our core clinic hours of 09:00–17:30 (Monday–Friday). While the role primarily operates over these hours, some flexibility to adapt days worked (to suit candidates) is possible. We are open 7 days a week.

Full-time, part-time or condensed hours will be considered (minimum commitment of 22.5 hours over 3 days). Remote and hybrid working models are available:

  • Nurses able to commit to 40% face-to-face clinic time in Canterbury or Basingstoke will receive a pro rata salary uplift of £5,000.

The ADHD Nurse Prescriber role involves:

  • Diagnosing and treating ADHD, managing medication prescribing, and ensuring clients receive evidence-based care.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical records, and communicating effectively across the clinical team and external services.
  • Staying updated with neuro developmental research, best practice, and NICE guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
