We Are Looking for a Dedicated and Meticulous NMP/Nurse Prescriber

Join our dynamic team – working Full time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Why Work With Us?

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can work efficiently and productively. The ideal candidate will be an experienced NMP/Nurse Prescriber with a strong understanding of Mental Health or ADHD treatment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care within ADHD services. We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully from day one.

If you're ready to contribute to a mission that transforms ADHD care, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Clinical Enquiries: Respond to clinical queries from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and CARE ADHD team members with timely, evidence-based advice on medication management, treatment options, and drug interactions.
  • Medication Review & Prescribing: Assess ADHD medication requests for clinical appropriateness and safety, prescribing in line with NICE guidelines and the CARE ADHD formulary. Escalate complex or high-risk cases as needed.
  • Treatment Support: Provide clinical support during both titration and maintenance phases. Monitor for adverse effects, respond to queries, and conduct treatment reviews with personalised recommendations.
  • Operational Support: Handle clinical queries that affect patient progression through the care pathway, working collaboratively with the wider CARE ADHD team to ensure seamless and timely care.
  • Prescription Management: Issue ongoing prescriptions for patients under CARE ADHD, including those without shared care agreements, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and current guidance.
  • Shared Care Coordination: Support preparation and submission of shared care requests to GPs, track responses, and assist in reaching agreements to ensure continuous medication access.
  • Clinical Development: Stay current with ADHD research and best practices, applying new insights to improve assessments, prescribing, and patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
