ADHD Prescriber – Remote Contract Opportunity
About the Role Service Care Solutions are collaborating with a leading ADHD healthcare provider to recruit an experienced ADHD Prescriber for a flexible remote contract with optional on-site options. This clinician-led service delivers high-quality adult ADHD assessments, diagnosis, and medical treatment across the UK, aiming to reduce wait times while delivering patient-centred care.
The role operates remotely with optional on-site work, offering consistent clinical volume and governance-led support. Clinicians assess and prescribe ADHD medication to adults via both online and in-person pathways.
Job Details
- Title: ADHD Prescriber (Remote Contract)
- Pay:
- £140 per assessment + initiation (increases to £150 after 200 completed assessments)
- £30 per titration (increases to £35 after 500 completed titrations)
- £250 Welcome Bonus (issued via Service Care Solutions)
- Location: Remote | On-site options available
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments following recognised clinical frameworks
- Gather, review, and synthesise clinical history, symptom presentation, and functional impact
- Produce high-quality clinical documentation, diagnostic reports, and assessment outcomes
- Clearly communicate diagnostic outcomes, recommendations, and next steps to patients
- Perform ADHD medication titrations for adult patients in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor treatment responses, side effects, and patient progress
- Adjust prescribing plans safely and within your professional scope
- Provide education, support, and clear communication to patients at all stages
- Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant clinical records
- Work independently while adhering to clinical governance, professional standards, and data protection policies

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in ADHD assessment and titration for adults
- Qualified Independent Prescriber (V300)
- Professional background as a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Pharmacist (GPhC)
- Accredited training in ADHD diagnosis and management (current registration mandatory)
