What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
- Responding to emails and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Entering and updating information on company databases and systems.
- Preparing letters, documents, and reports.
- Booking appointments and managing diaries.
- Ordering office supplies and keeping stationery stocked.
- Assisting with post, deliveries, and outgoing mail.
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks.
- Learning office procedures, systems, and customer service skills as part of your apprenticeship.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling information accurately.
- Keeping the office organised and ensuring paperwork is up to date.
