What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Responding to emails and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Entering and updating information on company databases and systems.
  • Preparing letters, documents, and reports.
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries.
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping stationery stocked.
  • Assisting with post, deliveries, and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks.
  • Learning office procedures, systems, and customer service skills as part of your apprenticeship.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling information accurately.
  • Keeping the office organised and ensuring paperwork is up to date.
