Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our management team, helping to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
