Administrative Assistant – Specsavers
One of the UK’s most recognised high-street names, Specsavers is looking for a highly organised and supportive Administrative Assistant to join their teams across the UK.
In this varied role, you’ll provide top-notch administrative support, including:
- Triageing patients and managing queries efficiently
- Answering phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintaining and updating patient records
- Scheduling appointments and managing scheduling systems
- Billing and banking duties
- Supporting with hearing aid repairs and other operational tasks
Your contribution will directly impact the store’s effectiveness, ensuring a seamless and productive service for patients and colleagues alike.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- High-level interpersonal skills – key for building rapport with diverse patients and colleagues
