About the Role
We are collaborating with a leading London-based architecture studio seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. This versatile role blends studio administration, communications, and marketing support, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative and creative practice.

The role involves supporting directors, coordinating meetings, assisting with project bids, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Working in a flexible/hybrid model, the position provides broad experience in a supportive design environment, with opportunities to develop administrative, marketing, and project support expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day studio support, including:
- Reception duties
- Diary and calendar management
- Co ordination of office supplies and facilities
- Assist with new starter onboarding, organising meetings, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events, and office gatherings
- Support the preparation of bid and presentation submissions
- Help maintain and update practice policies, internal communications, and documentation
- Manage and update:
- Project photography
- CVs
- Datasheets
- Image libraries
- Contribute to marketing activities, such as:
- Website updates
- Award submission support
- Planning social media content
- Provide administrative assistance to directors, including liaising with external suppliers

Essential
- Strong organisation and time management capabilities with a keen eye for detail
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (real-world experience essential)
- InDesign/Photoshop knowledge is a plus

- Personable, approachable, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support across diverse tasks
