Bank Admin Assistant – Barchester Care Home (Casual, Part-Time, Flexible)
About The Role
This is a casual, part-time position with flexible working hours, designed to support our care home in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
As a Bank Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone professionally
- Organising and managing essential files
- Supporting our management team
- Meeting and greeting visitors, including prospective clients and their families
- Showcasing our unique facilities to help convey why Barchester stands out
- Contributing to fostering a vibrant, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and their families
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Confident, professional communication (telephone and in person)
- Good computer literacy (filing, emails, business software)
- A natural ability to engage with people, including using warmth and empathy when interacting with residents, families, and visitors
- A commitment to enhancing our team by providing exceptional administrative and interpersonal support
