Why join us?
We are currently hiring for an Admin Assistant (Real Estate Department) to join our ever-expanding team at DWF. This is a growth role for the organisation. If successful, you will be based in our Belfast office with the requirement to be on-site 5 days a week. As an Admin Assistant (Real Estate Department), you will be supporting the Operational and Administrative function of a Central Services Team, working closely with colleagues, clients, and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Produce, photocopy, scan, and manage documents using appropriate software to a high standard
- Handle and efficiently manage Conveyancing documentation
- Manage inboxes under guidance
- Support Personal Assistants (PAs) and Executive Assistants as needed
- Always follow firm policies and maintain confidentiality

What will help you succeed?
Essential
- Conveyancing Experience (e.g., handling and understanding conveyancing procedures)
- Overall knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good attention to detail ensuring all work and documents are produced to a high standard
- Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels
- A good team spirit with proven teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- Previous administrative training and experience within a similar environment
- Handling case-sensitive documents
- Multitasking ability – managing competing demands effectively
- Record and data management – maintaining accurate and accessible information
