Admin & HR Generalist – Amstelveen, the Netherlands
Location: Amstelveen, the Netherlands (Relocation support available for international applicants)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week) (Part-time 32 hrs/week negotiable – please specify in application)
About the Role
As an Admin & HR Generalist, you’ll drive operational excellence and foster a people-centric workplace in our Amstelveen Office. Your role will bridge our Korean HQ with the local European team, ensuring seamless communication, policy alignment, and efficient administrative/HR support.
This position is ideal for those who thrive at the intersection of practical office management and cultural engagement, while collaborating across senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Live Operations, and Product Management.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Coordinate daily operational tasks to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage internal/external communications (emails, calls, mail, courier services)
- Serve as the point of contact for external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, couriers, suppliers)
- Compile and submit administrative reports, proposals, and presentations as required
- Oversee office facilities maintenance and coordinate with building management
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to departments as needed
- Assist in organizing company events (seasonal parties, workshops, celebrations)
- Support asset registration and inventory management (office supplies, furniture, equipment)

Human Resources
- Track leave/attendance records, prepare timesheets/overtime data, and generate monthly HR reports
- Support payroll data preparation (leave summaries, variable pay items, allowances)
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Regularly align and review policies with global HQ regarding employee/company benefits
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree + fluent business English + proficiency in Korean (written & spoken)
- Prior experience in office administration or HR support with a passion for people operations & organizational culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and collaborative mindset
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
- On-site commitment to Amstelveen office
- Proactive, reliable, and positive attitude with a track record of ownership/initiation
- Comfortable thriving in a multicultural, creative, and dynamic setting

Preferred
- Experience in a multinational, tech, or gaming environment
- Vendor coordination or external partner management
- Event planning/organizational logistics experience
- Dutch fluency (a plus)
- Authentic affinity for the tech/gaming industry and its culture
