The Secretarial & Administration team have an opening for an Admin Hub Assistant to join their team and be responsible for supporting the business in the production of on-site administration. Your role will be based in Manchester and will be office based 5 days a week. We're offering you the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced team and gain access to top level industry training.
You will have the opportunity to experience a unique approach to legal services and work with the best market leaders in the industry, all whilst providing a supportive work environment where you will work collaboratively towards a shared vision.
Responsibilities
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning of documents in line with business processes
- Preparing post to be sent as required
- Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions
- Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain
- Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements
- Downloading/uploading of documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems

What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems
- Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems
- Excellent administration / organisational skills
- Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels
- A good team spirit with proven team working skills
- Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in an admin/secretarial position (not essential)
