Construction Logistics Group - Admin Manager Opportunity
Overview
Construction Logistics Group is looking for an Admin Manager for a construction site in Brent Cross, London.
Job Details
Pay rate: £19/h, 10h shift
Duration: 1 year minimum
Payment: Fortnightly
Payment Method: CIS (by UTR number) or PAYE
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience
- Right to work in the UK
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional, proactive approach
- Preferably a degree
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in the administration sector
- An organized and methodical nature
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Document Control: Managing project plans, submittals, drawings, and change orders.
- Site Administration: Managing site office supplies, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining worker files.
- Compliance & Safety: Assisting with safety documentation and health and safety records.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Support: Assisting with invoicing, tracking project variations, and coordinating deliveries.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on project progress and costs for management.
Skills And Requirements

- IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and construction management software like Daytascope and Aconex
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and health and safety requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, including scheduling and tracking, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience within the construction industry is usually required.
