East PIZZAS is looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic person to join our growing team in Edinburgh.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both the day-to-day running of our production unit and our marketing activity. One day you could be helping customers and processing orders; the next you could be creating social content or filming behind-the-scenes videos. No two days are the same. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and is happy getting stuck in wherever support is needed.

What you’ll do

  • Support the processing, packing and dispatch of customer orders
  • Respond to customer emails and telephone enquiries
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Help organise and maintain accurate records
  • Create content for social media channels
  • Capture photos and videos around the business
  • Assist with email marketing and other marketing projects
  • Help tell the East PIZZAS story through engaging content
  • Occasionally represent the business at local food markets and events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
