About the Team

Our Estate Management Team plays a key role in helping customers sustain their tenancies and creating safe, thriving communities. The team delivers a wide range of services, including:

  • Environmental maintenance, monitoring and enforcement.
  • Tenant involvement and community development.
  • Home re-locator service and temporary accommodation.
  • Managing nuisance and antisocial behaviour.
  • Overall tenancy management.
  • Neighbourhood Panel meetings.
  • Periodic tenancy visits and lifestyle surveys.
  • Preparation of cases for legal action including tenancy breaches.

About the Role

As an Admin Officer, you'll be an important part of the Estate Management Team, providing efficient and customer-focused administrative support.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and Estate Officers, helping to ensure enquiries are managed professionally, accurately, and with care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries received by telephone and email
  • Maintaining accurate tenant and estate records
  • Coordinating responses to a variety of enquiries and service requests
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Managing your own caseload, including tenancy transfer applications
  • Delivering a high-quality service that puts customers at the heart of everything you do
