Admin Support Colleague
Rentokil Property Services
Central Team
As a result of our continued success and to aid with future plans, we now have an exciting opportunity in our Central Team for an Admin Support Colleague.
Reporting to the National Admin Support Manager, the successful individual will provide full administration and procedural support to the Property Services branch contracts departments.
You will need to have a track record in delivering revenue, gross margin, and cash targets and an ability to train, motivate, and manage contract teams.
You will have the confidence and ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis, both internally and externally, and use your initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

You will be accountable for training on the Navision computer system and the Property Services procedures, for new and existing branch administrators, and conducting internal audits, both remotely and in branch.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be currently working in an administrative role either as an Office Manager, Office Team Leader, Contracts Administrator, or Administration Co-ordinator with an in-depth knowledge of the Rentokil Property Services contract roles, and a thorough knowledge of the Navision system.
- Working hours being Monday to Friday

There will be a requirement for travel to branches and staying away from home, when necessary.
