About this Position
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by processing customer claims, coordinating requests, supporting commercial activities, and managing key administrative tasks. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, track progress against timelines, and identify opportunities to improve processes. If you're a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Support department and business administration tasks
- Process customer claims in a timely manner
- Track requests status and communicate to relevant colleagues
- Propose and implement business process improvements in area of responsibility
- Support commercial teams in agreed tasks such as communication of activities to customers
- Work within a Team to effectively manage workload
- Provide cover for other members of Business Intelligence team when required.
- Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments
