Admin Support Volunteer
Minimum Age – 18 Disclosure Checks - Yes Is driving essential for the role? - No What we need you to do At Action for Children our services rely on volunteers for our services to run effectively. We are looking for admin support volunteers to support our service staff with day to day running of our services. Your role will include but is not limited to; Administration such as filing, photocopying collating and sorting documents. Use computer programmes including Microsoft office package to complete tasks. Maintain confidentiality regarding service users Preparation and distribution of promotional materials. Updating displays within our centres What Skills and experience do you need? Experience of using Microsoft office packages. Good organisational skills. Experience of working as part of a team. What we ask of you: To provide two references from non-family members and other relevant documents related to the role. To keep to all the charity’s policies and guidelines.
