Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on AI-powered applications and experimenting with AI tools as part of your day-to-day practice.
  • Ability to navigate changing and ambiguous environments while working effectively within cross-functional product development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-time-zone calendars, prioritizing demands and arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to anticipate needs, propose solutions, manage incoming requests, and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support (agendas, notes, action tracking) and execute internal/external events like off-sites, seminars, and team lunches.
  • Manage operational tasks, suggest process improvements, and manage financial administration, including expense claims, purchase orders, and agreement creation.
  • Draft and distribute team communications while collating and tracking team actions and deliverables to ensure completion.
