Administative Business Partner, Science, Google DeepMind
Minimum qualifications:
2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working on AI-powered applications and experiment with AI tools as part of your day-to-day practice. Ability to navigate changing and ambiguous environments while working effectively within cross-functional product development teams.

Responsibilities
Manage multi-time-zone calendars, prioritizing demands and arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries. Build strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to anticipate needs, propose solutions, handle incoming requests, and facilitate effective decision-making. Provide comprehensive meeting support (agendas, notes, action tracking) and execute internal/external events like off-sites, seminars, and team lunches. Manage operational tasks, suggest process improvements, and manage financial administration, including expense claims, purchase orders, and contract creation. Draft and distribute team communications while collating and tracking team actions and deliverables to ensure completion.
