¿Qué buscamos?
In Babel, we want to incorporate a specialized profile in the Administration and Operation of Storage and Backup platforms, with experience in critical environments, both in multi-client service models and in dedicated client, guaranteeing the availability, integrity, and performance of the storage and data protection infrastructures.
Funciones
- Administration and daily operation of storage and backup platforms in productive environments including the management and resolution of incidents of complex cases of level N2.
- Management, monitoring, and optimization of storage infrastructures, ensuring their capacity, availability, and performance.
- Administration of backup platforms, including the definition and maintenance of backup policies, supervision and validation of the correct execution of backups as well as, the execution of restorations when required.
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, such as updates, application of patches, and version evolution.
- Specialized technical support to operation and infrastructure teams in matters related to storage and data protection.
- Elaboration of technical reports on capacity, performance, availability, and compliance with backup policies.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and technological evolution of the platforms.
- Adaptation to multi-client and dedicated client service environments, complying with the specific procedures and requirements of each one.

Requisitos
- Demonstrable experience in the administration of enterprise storage platforms, preferably with manufacturers such as Dell EMC, NetApp, and Hitachi.
- Experience in the administration of backup platforms: Commvault and Veeam.
- Experience in managed services or N2 operation teams in mission-critical environments.
- Capacity for the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents related to storage and data protection.
Conocimientos valorables
- Administration of Avamar.
- Experience in Cloud environments (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure).
- Capacity for analysis and resolution of incidents in critical storage and data protection environments.
