Hours of Work: Full Time, 35 hours per week (with availability to work flexibly as and when required including evenings, weekends and matchdays)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Bodymoor Heath Training Ground

The Department
Our Boys Academy Department has been awarded the prestigious category one status accolade, demonstrating that we provide the highest level of quality coaching, education, training, and facilities for our youth football provision.
To support our ambitious plans for nurturing, encouraging and developing talent at this level, we have an exciting opportunity for Administration and Operations Assistant to join the team.
The Role
This is a pivotal role to our Boys Academy which will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across several departments, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of our football programme and the highest standards of player care.
Working within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you will play an integral part in co-ordinating the Academy games programme up to our U18 squad, supporting domestic and international tours and tournaments, managing travel and logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with staff, players, parents and external stakeholders. You will ultimately ensure our programmes are delivered professionally, efficiently and in line with Premier League, UEFA and Club standards.
You will also contribute and support wider Boys Academy operations by processing expense claims, booking travel for staff, recording minutes at key multi-disciplinary meetings, supporting colleagues during periods of leave, and representing the Boys Academy at internal stakeholder meetings across the Club as and when required.

We are looking for someone who of working at a Category 1 or 2 Academy within an operations/administration department. You will bring a proven track record in an administrative role and be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office.
You will need to be organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and discretion. Communication, both written and verbal, will be a key element of this role - you will need to be able to build positive, proactive relationships across all our stakeholders including players, parents and members of our multi-disciplinary team.
You must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
