Partners in Bristol is growing and they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join the friendly team in Gloucester!

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and kickstart a long-term career in business administration within a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you’ll play an important role in supporting learners, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception desk – welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression
  • Handling emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Supporting learner enrolment and sign-up processes
  • Assisting the administration and IAG & Progression teams
  • Using a range of IT systems to complete daily tasks
  • Supporting tutors with classroom activities, including student travel arrangements
  • Helping learners on their first day by directing them to the correct classrooms
  • Ensuring reception areas are welcoming and well-presented
  • Support the bootcamp team with enquiries and administration tasks

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSES Grades 4 to 9 (A* to C) or equivalent including Maths & English Language

Job Details

  • Hours: 39 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm with half hour unpaid lunch break on all days
  • Salary: £10.26 per hour / £400.14 per week
  • Requirements: You will need to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
