A fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, family-oriented Sales team in a fast-paced, growing organisation. You’ll support key admin tasks including managing emails, raising sales orders, processing quotations, checking stock levels, and using the telephone to liaise with customers and suppliers. Thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Create and issue customer quotations
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally
- Check stock levels on standard products to support sales
- Provide a high-quality service to customers at all times
- Support digital promotion of products and services when required
- Assist with general administrative tasks relevant to the role

Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade 4/C or above)
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4/C or above)

- A form of independent transport as the company is not situated on a public transport route

Application Process
- You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, with support from the employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
- As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship.
