Requirement
All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Your Role
- Setting up new cases and inputting data accurately
- Processing information with high attention to detail
- Scheduling and organising medical appointments
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a professional approach
- Following compliance guidelines and company procedures closely
