Summary

The Administration Assistant will support the Operations/Construction side of the business across Scotland region. The main purpose of the role is to support with the safe and compliant delivery of projects, maintain work programmes, and act as a liaison with clients, council staff, engineers, and the general public.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Communicate effectively with various levels of personnel on the framework, both internal and external.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.
  • Support delivery team managers and commercial teams.
  • Input and assistance with day-to-day planning.
  • Obtaining utility records when required.
  • Raising and tracking of Purchase Orders.
  • Preparation and issuing of invoicing on time.
  • Support Facilities Management with maintaining a safe and compliant workspace.
  • Tracking the like of issued PPE, tools and equipment.
  • Monitoring authorisations, renewals and refreshers and booking training.

  • IT literacy and numeracy skills, including experience in MS Office 365.
  • Experience in an administration role (desirable).
  • Experience using work management systems (desirable).
  • Experience with Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).
