Administration Assistant

Join Our Growing Team at CL Refurbishments Ltd

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in being organised, and wants to play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and responding to company emails.
  • Drafting professional email responses and correspondence.
  • Working closely with our data and transport teams to ensure the smooth coordination of customer orders and collections.
  • Helping to deliver an efficient and engaging customer experience.
  • Producing and maintaining workflow processes and administrative documentation.
  • Updating internal systems and customer platforms with certificates, reports and business-related data.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Communicating confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues via telephone and email.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident speaking with customers and suppliers.
  • Be proactive, motivated and able to manage their own workload.
  • Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Be able to work efficiently in a busy office environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
