Administration Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract) | Smilemakers Cosmetic Dental Practice & Referral Centre
Smilemakers Cosmetic Dental Practice & Referral Centre is a high-quality, 11-surgery private practice and referral centre, delivering outstanding patient care in a modern, professional, and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on our supportive team culture, excellent facilities, and high clinical standards.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, professional, and personable to become part of a busy and supportive private dental practice environment.
Working Hours
- 4 days per week
- 8:15am - 5:30pm
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Flexibility required with working days
The Role
This is a varied administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and helping ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the reception and administration teams
- Managing patient records and appointments
- Handling patient enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with practice administration tasks and reporting
- Supporting clinicians and the wider team with general coordination duties
- Helping maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

Experience in dental reception or dental administration would be ideal, although it is not essential for the right candidate.
