Business Support Administration Assistant
Forfar (Office-Based)
Supporting An Excellent Client Experience And Smooth Office Operations
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and client focused Business Support Administration Assistant to join our Forfar office. Working closely with our Senior Administrator, you will support the delivery of a consistently professional welcome for clients and visitors, while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis. This is a fully office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Office Support
- Meet & Greet clients and all related front of house duties
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, accurately and with professionalism.
- Help maintain well-presented reception and meeting spaces that reflect our JC values and high standards.
Operational Administration
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Manage records accurately, including scanning, tracking and returning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution.
- Provide responsive administrative support to Business Lines and Executive teams.
- Support the Senior Administrator in ensuring the office is well maintained, safe and fully operational.

- Take pride in offering exceptional service, adopting a proactive and solutions focused approach when supporting others
- Maintain a positive, composed and approachable presence, contributing to a welcoming environment.
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, ensuring a seamless and reliable front of house and office support service.
- Communicate clearly, courteously and with confidence, reinforcing trust and professionalism in every interaction.
- Adapt well to changing priorities and remain calm and professional under pressure.
