The Administration Assistant is a key role in our Minworth Distribution Centre (DC). The role will contribute to the success of Minworth DC by maintaining a high level of administrative support and delivering a great level of customer service. Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with site procedures and all tasks are accurately recorded, reported and completed.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Process all Proof of Deliveries in a timely manner including any customer claims and disputes.
- Liase directly with our haulier provider on any failed or rebooked deliveries.
- All returned stock to be managed in conjunction with the Stock team. This includes accurate records and reporting.
- Site service target of 99.85% to be maintained. This includes daily root cause analysis and investigation on all failures/cross offs.
- The appropriate coding to be actioned on both Sharepoint and SAP.
- Responsible for weekly payroll processing for both Mondelez and agency warehouse staff. Reports include weekly Quicks and absence reports.
- All payroll queries to be dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Accountable for the International Inbound schedule for the DC. Planning slots around the warehouse capability regarding rework and general availability.
- Processing WiP requests with an eye on BBE dates for both Bournville and all relevant Co Packers which include International customers.
- Procurement of all site services and products, from stationary to uniforms to CBRE spend.
- Purchasing services on behalf of the central logistics team (e.g., Ireland/2XL).
- Reconciliation and banking of the Staff shop monies.
- Daily scanning of all load sheets and stored on central shared drive.
- Participate in any Community or Team initiatives meeting a site target of 30%.
- Support for local charities and Foodbanks.
- Take part in Boost ideas.
- Collating data and preparing report for use within the weekly Admin and Stock team review meeting and for the Network.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Ability to demonstrate high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to be able to manage their own time to achieve daily targets.
- A team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel).
- Knowledge in systems as SAP, Kronos, Autostore, Inet would be appreciated.
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
