We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration Assistant to work within our booking team at our brand new £10 million Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) that will be based at Freshney Place Shopping Centre, Grimsby.

Our CDC is part of the UK’s initiative to improve access to diagnostic services across local communities. This center provides a range of medical diagnostic services aimed at reducing waiting times for tests, scans, and consultations, helping to ease the burden on traditional hospital facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patients and healthcare staff alike. You will work closely with clinicians, administrative staff & patients to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed, while ensuring accurate records are maintained within the NHS systems.

The CDC is expected to open to patients towards the end of January 2025. It is hoped that the successful candidate will be in post at the start of January where they will initially receive training at our acute hospital site Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
