Are you organised, professional and passionate about supporting healthcare services that make a real difference?

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to join our dedicated Prison Healthcare Team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within a secure environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a professional service. You will be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to improving the health and wellbeing of people in our care.

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be at the heart of the healthcare service, providing essential support to both clinical and operational teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as the first point of contact for prisoners accessing healthcare services and responding to routine healthcare enquiries.

  • Contributing to a positive patient experience by providing a professional, respectful and responsive service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
