About The Role
Mersona Limited is an established manufacturing and distribution centre; providing a dedicated service to the Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care Group.
As a Frames Department Administration Assistant, you will be part of our Core Team, and responsible for supporting branch sales by selecting ranges, preparing and monitoring stock, and providing assistance to store staff. All tasks are to be completed in a timely, courteous and professional manner, whilst maintaining great relationships with branch associates.
This role is maternity cover for a period of up to 12 months, with the potential to lead to a full-time position.

- Receiving calls from company branches and providing assistance
- Recalling and issuing stock products to branches in-line with sales
- Preparing products for despatch to stores
- Loading new products onto our systems to enable stocking and ordering
- Invoicing product for branch stock and customer approval
- Liaising and placing orders with suppliers
- Preparing products for photography
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with a friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills. While optical experience is preferred, it is not essential.
