About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive administrative assistant looking to develop your career within a professional and supportive environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly Private Wealth team at a respected law firm, with full training provided to help you grow in a long-term role within professional services.
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll work closely with fee earners and support staff, providing vital administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of a busy Private Wealth department.

- Salary: Up to £28,000, dependent on experience
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (office-based)

Key Responsibilities
- Opening new client files and supporting the client onboarding process
- Processing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation
- Managing electronic and physical filing systems
- Archiving and retrieving client files
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, photocopying and document management
- Typing and amending legal/financial documents
- Diary management and appointment coordination
- Communicating with clients and third parties via telephone and email
- Updating internal case management systems
- Providing additional administrative support as needed

What The Employer Is Looking For
- Ideally previous administration experience, especially within professional services
- Strong IT skills including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and confident communication style
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude
- A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and continuing personal growth
