We work across offices, with different practice areas to best serve the needs of our clients.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join the Private Property team in our Lydney office. Working closely with our partners and experienced colleagues, you'll become part of a friendly, collaborative team with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential property matters.

In This Role Your Work Will Include

  • Opening new matters and closing completed ones in accordance with team and Firm procedures
  • Matter management to include use of digital onboarding portal, client care packs, liaising with clients, scanning, archiving, photocopying and basic finance duties
  • Data base administration and updating online portals
  • Other administration tasks as delegated by members of the Team

About You

We’re extremely proud of the relationship we’ve built with our clients and referrers, being recognised as their trusted legal partner. It’s important to us that you have the right blend of skills to service their needs and develop new relationships:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of providing basic administrative support, preferably within professional services (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Case Management systems (desirable)
