Role Description
The Administration Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool. The role involves working 40 hours between 8am-5pm, shared between the team. This position supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, assisting our HR/ Office Manager and Finance Manager.
The Administration Assistant will assist executives and team members with clerical tasks, document preparation, data entry, and coordination of internal and external communications. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across functions to provide efficient, professional administrative support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks, documentation, and record keeping efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leaders with scheduling, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and organised manner.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office suite, Share Points, Outlook, calendars) is highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks are required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Further administrative or business qualifications are an advantage.

Essential:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and professional.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.
- Positive and proactive approach to work.
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting HR and/or payroll functions.
- Knowledge of HR administration processes.
- Understanding of payroll procedures and timesheets.
- Experience using HR or payroll systems.
Salary
Competitive, dependent on experience.
