Administration Assistant (Site Assistant) – Framatome, Hinkley Point C
The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.
The Site Assistant role is designed to support the daily operations of the HPC project, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams. This role delivers essential administrative support, assists the project management team in optimising their daily activities, and ensures efficient organisation of on-site events, meetings, and visitor logistics. The Site Assistant plays a key role in facilitating the management team’s business travel and providing general assistance to the team. The role is expected to contribute to the efficient running of the site and help foster a productive and collaborative working environment.
Salary
£27,500 per annum
Responsibilities
Daily Duties & Support
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties
- Support the project management team in optimising the management of their activities
- Coordinate and welcome visitors to site, including booking appointments and arranging access
- Plan and organise meetings, ensuring:
- Rooms are booked
- Catering is arranged
- Stationery and supplies are available
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including:
- Managing the Hinkley Health Portal
- Booking medicals

Key Outputs
- Efficient Visitor Management: Ensure all site visitors are booked and greeted professionally, creating a positive experience for external stakeholders.
- Effective Meeting and Event Coordination: Ensure meetings are well-organised with all logistics in place (bookings, food, supplies).
- Optimised Travel Management: Provide seamless travel arrangements for the management team, ensuring smooth execution of business trips.
- Smooth Administrative Operations: Deliver high-quality administrative support to the project management team, enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Successful Event and Training Coordination: Ensure that events and training sessions run without issues, facilitating a productive and organised on-site environment.

Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work and interact in French (desirable)
- Experience in an international or multicultural environment
- Background in office administration
